Oreo Truffles

When simple Oreos can no longer satisfy, what to do?

Use them in Oreo Truffles of course!

This recipe is very easy to make, just crush Oreos, mix them with cream cheese, form into small balls and coat in almond bark (chocolate coating).

Every time I've made this recipe I always have to giggle; Oreos, cream cheese, and almond bark, what can I possibly be thinking?

I mean, aren't Oreos good enough? Short answer, nope.

These are seriously yummy, and pretty fun to make. They're great for holiday parties too. It's maybe a little late for the holidays, but Valentine's Day is still coming up...
These are covered in Andes Peppermint Chips (which were on clearance at Target for $0.21 a bag after the holidays. Score!)
