Christmas Endeavor

I finally decided what to do for knitted Christmas presents! Yes, I definitely should have figured this out a long time ago. Luckily, I've decided on something simple and small. Just a little knitted ornament to attach to the outside of the "real" gift.

Right now I'm doing little stockings, which don't take much more than a hour to knit. I just finished a simple white one about 4" tall, I felted it slightly and am now going to embroider little holly leaves and berries on it.

I also started on a little stocking with Christmas tree knitted into it, except that I will probably frog it, because it looks...umm, bad. :P

After I finish the little stockings, I might do a few other little ornaments, perhaps using other mediums than yarn...I'm going to do a little googling today and see if I come up with any ideas.

Of course, my other knitting has taken a back seat, but I'll probably finish up my latest pair of socks within a week or so.
