Pattern: Simple Ribbed Scarf
Yarn: Malabrigo Merino Worsted (approx. half a skein)
Needle: Size 8
Gauge: My scarf measures about 4.5 inches wide, so my gauge was a bit larger than the designer's. I didn't bother measuring the length because I didn't count rows very faithfully. :P
I absolutely love this yarn, in fact I can't quite get over it. Paired with the pattern, it's even better; I now have a cute mini-scarf that hugs my neck so that I can constantly enjoy the softness of the yarn.
This will definitely be a go-to pattern for me. It's a great gifting item, fast, simple, and totally cute!
What I like best (besides the Malabrigo!) is that this scarf will fit under a winter coat and provide warmth without creating the bulkiness that long scarves do.
